Additional Guests

All rates posted are for two guests. Additional guests are charged as follows:

  • ALL children under 12 years old are charged $15 per person per night.
  • Any additional older children or adults are charged $35 per person per night.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 2 weeks prior to the reservation your deposit will be refunded less 25% processing fee. Within 2 weeks of the reservation the entire deposit is forfeited and the remaining balance due will be charged to the credit card on file.

Check In/Out

Check in is from 3:00pm – 8:00pm.
Check out is by 11:00am.

Allergies/Medical Concerns

We understand how individual each of us are and that every body has unique needs, please let us know ahead of time if you have any allergies and/or dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate.


Pets are only permitted in the Saratoga room for an additional charge of $50 per night per animal (Maximum of 2). If you have booked the Saratoga room and will be bringing a pet please let us know and we will send you our pet agreement prior to arrival. ADA certified service dogs are accepted, please give us a call ahead of time so we can best accommodate you.


American Express is not accepted.

For one nights stays, the entire charge will be processed at the time of confirmation.

For two or more night stays, a one nights deposit will be charged at the time of confirmation.


Cribs are not available.
Extra beds are not available.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
